We had to move our 96 year old loved one due to lack of care staff. There were some good ones not enough of them.
Management was non existent and didn't address concerns. Reached out to corporate headquarters and got no response so evidently a company culture of not caring.
The most egregious example of an illegal and dangerous practice was to find the pull cord in the room put in a position where it was unavailable for the resident to have access to it. This happened more than once and was brought to to attention o management only to have it occur two days later.
