I told them the employee shouldn't go without some sort of disciplinary action or at least proper training to where she would know the difference in a Clorox wipes container and a package of huggies and or parineal wipes. I was told I just needed to worry about myself. I expressed sympathy for the resident due to her possible exposure of a chemical burn on her parineal area and they responded "we don't think you are cut out for this job", and I was terminated on the spot.

Under payed for about six month in the roll and never signed the document that the hiring managar claimed she was going to have me signed to get my back pay and to change my hours too.

My wife and I are being told to leave primarily because I have complained about not receiving the nursing care that we expected, were promised, and are paying for.
We have been residents at the Sheridqn at Windermere since August 15, 2017. We are happy with the facility, the scenery, our rooms , housekeeping, maintenance and entertainment.
Our only complaint is with nursing care. As a charter member we were fortunate to be at the Sheridan with only four other residents. At that time I expected assistance or help to arrive within 15 minutes. That was not the case then and it is the case now.
I talkied many times with the Diector of Nursing Ali Ervilus concerning our care and ways to improve it. He had many reasons why prople under his direction could not give better care to the few residents. All conversations were met with no improvement and sometimes were actually counter-productive. A man from Senior Lifestyle Corporate Hq was here working with the dinning situation.
I trusted him with a letter that stated examples of the care residents were receiving at the Sheridan. Instead, her gave the letter to the Sheridan director. A few hours later Director Ali Ervilus came to our room with a notice to leave in 45 days. I believe this was not a coincidence.
Elizabeth's conidition has not changed since the day we arrived in Aug 2017 as charter members. We do not want to move.

Don't put your loved one here
We had to move our 96 year old loved one due to lack of care staff. There were some good ones not enough of them.
Management was non existent and didn't address concerns. Reached out to corporate headquarters and got no response so evidently a company culture of not caring.
The most egregious example of an illegal and dangerous practice was to find the pull cord in the room put in a position where it was unavailable for the resident to have access to it. This happened more than once and was brought to to attention o management only to have it occur two days later.
